It’s said to be the most wonderful time of the year and I have to say at this point that I totally love Christmas and everything that comes with it. The traditions can bring me tears of happiness but tears can also come when I get overwhelmed, stressed and tired.
This time of the year can be stressful for pretty much everybody but throw Fibromyalgia or another chronic pain condition into the mix and you are pretty much guaranteed to flare at some point over the holidays.
Tis, the holiday for making wonderful memories with family and friends, so nobody wants to miss out on this special time.
