Bedtime Yoga for Insomnia

In this video, I will guide you through a gentle bedtime yoga practice to release any held tension from the mind and body so that you can settle into a deep and restful sleep. You can do this practice on your mat or even better, try it in bed! You may even fall asleep before the video is over!

To enhance this practice, I would recommend aromatherapy with lavender + lemon, sandalwood + vanilla, or lavender + ylang-ylang.
