Getting Ahead Of The Game

One of the most defining traits of Fibromyalgia is our fantastic ability to feel good one day and then totally wiped out the next.

Certainly the reality for me is that I tend to use the feel good days to do too much, probably if you asked my family they would tell you that I tend to do too much on my not so good days too – that is still a work in progress but I am getting better at the “me” time.

Who loves to Spiralize??

When it comes to diet, with Fibromyalgia I believe it is important to keep things clean and as natural as possible.

Processed foods for me are no a big fat no, no and I have seen the positive benefits of adapting this way of eating. Living with a husband of Italian decent, pasta obviously is a big deal for him so when I announced that I would no longer be eating white pasta, he went out and got me in some whole wheat Pasta. If I am totally honest, I wasn’t overly keen – so what is a girl to do??
