Wouldn’t you agree that getting support when you are battling a “invisible illness” is just the toughest thing?
By definition of it being invisible, those who should be helping us through our battle might as well be shouting from the rooftops, “move along, nothing to see here”. I remember a doctor once telling me that I would better off if I had a leg missing – bit drastic but you get the gist.

Fibromyalgia support is vital. We are triers and invariably crack on without too much fuss but the reality is there are times when we need a rant, a rave and hey, just time to feel a little bit sorry for ourselves. It is really important therefore, that we are able to do this in a place of safety, with people who know what we are going through and dealing with on a daily basis.
