Healthy Eating

You are what you eat so the saying goes and certainly if you suffer with Fibromyalgia which has no defined cause, it is imperative that we give our bodies the best chance of being healthy. I have learnt that fresh and unprocessed foods are the way to go. Since making small changes to my diet, I have reaped the benefits of less bloating, certainly less pain and less fatigue. I have had more compliments in the past few months with people telling me how well I look, how fantastic my skin is and how my weight has dropped.

Is my diet healthy? Yes totally.

Is the food I eat delicious? Absolutely.

Do I take supplements? No need, I get everything I need from my food.

I would love to share my healthy eating tips and recipes with you. With just a little attention to what you eat, I believe it is possible to see some improvement in Fibro symptoms.
