I am a big fan of the traditional type “Green Smoothie”.
However sometimes you just need to change it up a bit and add some sweetness in there to make it feel a little naughty – although of course it isn’t. A yummy option which can be enjoyed any time of the day.
Method:
1 Banana
1 large handful of Baby Spinach
1/2 cup of Blueberries
1/2 cup of Raspberries
2 cups of Coconut Milk
Blend the ingredients together until smooth!!
To transform this into a breakfast smoothie, feel free to add in 2 tbsp of Oats creating a lovely flavour and helps you stay fuller for longer.
