For a quick, nutritious drink which is loaded with health benefits look no further than one of my favourites, the Peanut Butter & Banana Smoothie.
The ingredients are packed full of protein and contain calcium, potassium, fibre, Omega 3 fatty acids and magnesium.
This makes a great breakfast or can be whipped up during the day for a quick pick me up. Give it a go and let me know what you think.
Method:
1 Banana
1 large tbsp. of Organic (if possible) Peanut Butter
2 cups of Coconut or Almond Milk (my preference but you can use any milk)
1 tbsp. of Chia Seeds
1 tsp of Vanilla Extract
1 scoop of protein powder (optional)
Blend the ingredients and enjoy!!
