Yep, it's true. I love my life, yes that same one which is in a constant fight with Fibromyalgia. Like you, I never asked for it and if I could find that magic pill that would cure it, of course I would take it. But for now, all I have is almost 30 years experience of battling this condition and I want to share all my tried and tested tips to support you on your journey with Fibromyalgia and Chronic Pain. So almost 500 hits to my blog, it’s exciting to see that people are finding me and reading what I have to offer.

I am sharing on Facebook, joined Google plus and Tweeting too, such is my desire to reach out to other sufferers and help to support and empower on this toughest of journeys. I want to educate and show that there is hope after being diagnosed  with an incurable and invisible illness, that we still have lives worth living and can make valuable contributions.

Today, I gained an A grade in my Health & Wellness Diploma course which means I can officially call myself a Wellness Coach.

Healthy Lifestyle

I am putting together my final assignment for my Health & Wellness Diploma on what constitutes a healthy lifestyle.

The World Health Organisation defines health as “a state of complete, physical, mental and social wellbeing and not merely the absence of disease and infirmity”. Therefore “healthy” is defined as balance in body, mind and spirit.

For thousands of year ancient philosophies have understood that you cannot separate the body from the mind and therefore the will to have wellness in all areas of ones life relies on choice.
