Wellness Smoothies Made By Yours Truly

Stepping away from the recipe book and creating my own yummy smoothies.

Blend together the following Ingredients:

1 x banana
1 x tbsp of blueberries
1 x tbsp of oats
1 x tbsp of pumpkin seeds
1 x tbsp of hemp protein powder
1 x tbsp of maple syrup
1 x large handful of fresh spinach
Top up with coconut milk

Totally scrummy even though I say so myself – any ideas for a name??
