Energising Pressure Points

  1. Apply pressure to the top of the head. This includes most of the scalp area. Make sure to spread the pressure around the entire top of the head. Tapping on the top of the head is less effective than constant pressure.

Head

 

  1. Tap the back of the neck, toward the top, on both sides. You can apply constant pressure to these pressure points

Neck

 

  1. Rub the muscle on your hand between your forefinger and thumb for 3 to 5 minutes. Your hand will ache a little bit, but you should feel a burst of energy afterwards. Do not use if you are pregnant.

Pinch

  1. Use the pressure point just below the kneecap. A firm and rhythmic tapping is most appropriate for this particular pressure point.
