Yoga at Home

Take a few minutes every day for you, add in a few stretches or yoga moves and you have the beginnings of feeling more positive and good about yourself. I now find myself doing simple stretches, bends or lunges throughout my day even at work. Our bodies cry out to be lengthened, stretched and aligned especially when modern living invariably has us crouched over desks at our computers. For me I definitely feel the benefits and less the effects of my Fibromyalgia.
