Fatigue is a massive part of our Fibromyalgia, there are times when the tiredness threatens to completely overwhelm us and it is difficult to know how to get past that point without retiring to bed – even then, invariably this isn’t the answer as we wake up just as tired. For us, exercising can be counter productive so it is important to listen to your body, however to not move at all will certainly make the Fibro symptoms worse and we should try and at the very least carry out some gentle stretching each day.
