
Fibromyalgia and Diet: My Top Strategy for Managing Symptoms
One of my most effective coping strategies for fibromyalgia is diet. After years of trial and error, I’ve discovered which foods support my health and which trigger flares. To help you get started, I’ll be sharing some of my favourite healthy recipes for fibromyalgia.
For years, I also struggled with Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS) and often ate foods that worsened my symptoms. It became essential to identify what my body could tolerate—and, just as importantly, what it couldn’t. Through careful experimentation, I learned that fresh, whole foods were far better for my health than processed foods.
