…..add Apple Cider Vinegar and Hot Water.
This is my beverage of choice first thing in the morning. It tastes great (well I think so) and has a whole host of added health benefits. Great for your liver and digestive system, it flushes out your system and naturally energises your body. It’s a fab way to kick start your metabolism.
Instructions:
Mix together
1 tablespoon of Organic (if possible) Apple Cider Vinegar.
Half a lemon
600ml of hot water

This sounds great! I had to stop drinking hot water and lemon thanks to acid reflux but I might try this as the apple may neutralise the acidity 🙂
I would definitely try with the apple cider vinegar as it is said to relieve the symptoms of acid reflux as it helps to balance the pH of the stomach by neutralizing the acid. Would love to hear how you get on. Thanks for posting.
